Comparison Summary: The Lutonic eCO2 laser is one of several new lasers being imported into the US from Asia, this one manufactuered Gyeonggi, Korea. Most imported lasers come in from Asia for price, but this one is not competitive with the current generation of European and American fractional co-2 laser designs. The main festure of this product appears to be its ablation depth, which can go to 2400µm, but only at the expense of patient comfort, as the device requires both a topical anesthetic AND a nerve block. In practice, we would never image a circumstance where we would want to go that deep, so this feature could represent a liability should the operator make a mistake.
